Levadia is a practical base for discovering Boeotia, alternating walks among the springs and the town castle with excursions to ancient sites, monasteries, and mountain landscapes. The itinerary is organized by area: first Levadia’s center, then Chaeronea and Orchomenos, followed by Hosios Loukas and Distomo, Thebes, Delphi, and finally the countryside of the Boeotian plain. For some stops outside town, a car is the most convenient option, while the heart of Levadia is easy to explore on foot. Entrance fees and services may have seasonal hours: it’s wise to check them before departure.
