Worth seeing, worth remembering.
Housed in the former Ottoman mosque overlooking the harbor, the museum displays artifacts that illustrate local history and traditions. It is an ideal stop to get to know the island beyond its scenery.
This sea cave is famous for the blue reflections that light up the water and rock walls. It is visited by boat and, to enter, you often have to wait for favorable sea conditions.
Carved into the rock above the harbor, this Lycian tomb is a striking reminder of the ancient civilizations that once lived in the area. The short climb also offers evocative views over the town.
The historic mosque, recognizable by its simple architecture, is located near the waterfront and now houses the archaeological museum. It is one of the harbor’s most distinctive landmarks.
Reached by climbing above the village, the monastery offers a peaceful atmosphere and sweeping views over the island and the Mediterranean. The walk is steep, but it rewards you with unforgettable scenery.
