Bari can be explored comfortably on foot, especially between the Murat district, the seafront, and Bari Vecchia, where many streets are narrow or pedestrian-only. For longer trips, you can use AMTAB city buses; check updated routes and timetables before you go. From the central station, trains and buses depart for the airport, as well as regional connections to other towns and cities in Puglia. If you arrive by car, keep in mind that parking near the center can be difficult and check the restricted traffic zones.
